Meet Lucy - 8 Years Young and Full of Love!

At 8 years young, Lucy is a beautiful, easygoing girl who takes life as it comes. She's the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much, just a little love, a comfy place to rest and some wonderful humans to share her days with.

Lucy has a particularly soft spot for children! According to her previous owner, she's incredibly gentle and patient with little ones and absolutely adores the attention they give her. Whether it's a cuddle, a pat or simply being included in the family fun, Lucy is happiest when she's surrounded by people who love her.

Having spent much of her life travelling alongside her previous owner, Lucy has experienced all sorts of adventures and met plenty of different animals along the way. From dogs and cats to birds and farm animals, she's reportedly taken it all in her stride.

While Lucy is generally comfortable around other dogs, she's a lady who appreciates her personal space. She's not interested in having a four-legged shadow following her around all day and would much prefer to be the only dog in her new home. Lucy is looking for a single-dog household where she can enjoy her own space, relax in peace and soak up all the love from her humans. She's perfectly happy to be around other dogs, she'd just rather not have to share her home with one!

Don't let her age fool you, Lucy still enjoys a good game of fetch! She'll happily chase a ball around until she decides she's had enough, but she's not one for rough-and-tumble play. She's much more of a gentle, laid-back lady who knows how to have fun without getting too carried away.

And when the fun is over? Lucy is an absolute expert at relaxing! Whether she's stretched out in the sunshine, snoozing on the grass or curled up in her favourite bed, she knows how to appreciate life's little comforts. Of course, if there's a spare spot on the couch, she'll gladly accept an invitation!

After a rather unconventional few years, Lucy is ready to settle into a loving home where she can enjoy some stability, comfort and all the little luxuries every dog deserves.

Lucy isn't looking for anything fancy. Just a family to love, a cosy place to call her own and someone who will appreciate the beautiful, gentle soul that she is.
