About Phoebe
Phoebe is the classic naughty tortie, with the black-and-orange patchwork coat and the attitude to match. She has a bold black nose patch, a white bib and white socks.
She's very smart, and she knows it. She'll work out doors, toys and your daily routine faster than you'd like. She comes with a mischievous streak and a lot of personality.
Under the cheek, Phoebe is loyal and affectionate. She chooses her people and sticks with them. A clever cat like Phoebe does best with an adopter who enjoys her sass and gives her plenty of play, climbing and puzzle toys to keep her busy.
Good with other cats and kids, tolerant of dogs.

Step 3: Initial Screening and Assessment

We will arrange a meet and greet with the kitten(s) or cat(s) of your choice.
Step 5: Adoption Approval and Fee Payment
Complete and sign the adoption agreement.
Pay the adoption fee via bank transfer or credit card payment link.
This agreement outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner and TACC Rescue's commitment.
Receive your new pet's medical records, microchip information, and any special care instructions.
Take your new family member home!
