Meet Ignatius! 🐾❤️

Ignatius is a happy-go-lucky little boy with a heart of gold and a whole lot of love to give!

Ignatius loves life’s simple pleasures — soaking up the sunshine, snoozing on the couch and playing around with his brother and foster sister.

Above all, Ignatius loves being around his people. He’s a confident, friendly little fellow who adores meeting new people, loves a belly rub and will happily curl up beside you (or on top of you!) for a cuddle. But he’s also got a lovely independent streak and is just as happy taking himself off for a snooze in the sunshine or some quiet time on his own.

Ignatius would love a playful canine companion, but he’d be equally happy as an only dog if it meant being your trusty sidekick.

Ignatius hasn’t had the easiest start to life. He arrived in care very skinny and hungry, and we suspect his world was quite small until recently. But he hasn’t let that dampen his enthusiasm for life! As a young puppy, he’s still discovering the big, wide world and will need a family who can introduce him to new experiences with patience, kindness and encouragement.

Like all puppies, Ignatius is still learning his manners and will thrive with consistent training, mental stimulation and plenty of opportunities to explore and learn, with lots of well-earned snooze breaks in between, of course!

He’s already making incredible progress! In just a few weeks in foster care, he’s learned to use the doggy door and is doing wonderfully with his toilet and tricks training.

With his wagging tail, affectionate nature and happy-go-lucky attitude, Ignatius is ready to make someone very lucky indeed. All he needs now is a family to call his own! ❤️
