Meet Rizzo, a spirited Greyhound with the racing name "Muppet Central." A strikingly beautiful and young pup, Rizzo is full of fun and energy, always seeking new adventures and companionship. She adores being part of the action, whether it's engaging in spirited play, joining you on walks, or simply enjoying a session of well-deserved pats. While Greyhounds are often known for their laid-back lifestyles, Rizzo is anything but a couch potato. This vibrant girl thrives when she's actively involved with her family, relishing in every moment you spend together.

Rizzo is highly food and treat motivated, making her quite trainable and eager to please. With her friendly disposition, she is a joy to have around kids and other dogs. She shows curiosity towards cats without any aggressive tendencies, indicating potential for peaceful cohabitation with feline friends. Bird interactions haven't been tested yet, but Rizzo's adaptable nature makes her a promising candidate for many different households. Her social personality is further highlighted by her well-mannered behavior indoors; she is house-trained, which ensures a smooth transition into her new home.

For those concerned with safety, Rizzo is available for adoption to properties equipped with dog-proof fencing, ensuring that both she and your local wildlife remain protected. Based in Cairns, Rizzo has been thoroughly prepared for her new life, having been desexed, microchipped, and treated for fleas, ticks, and worms. She's also been vaccinated and heartworm tested negative, ensuring that she's in optimal health. We welcome those interested to apply through the provided form, or reach out via email if you have any questions. Rizzo will go to her new home with a martingale collar, house collar and winter coat.

If you are looking for an affectionate and energetic companion, Rizzo could be the perfect match for you. Her blend of playfulness and loyalty promises to bring joy and adventure to your life.
