Hi, I'm Smidge!

I’m a sweet one-year-old female Domestic Shorthair cat looking for a loving home where I can feel safe, secure and comfortable at my own pace. I need a quiet, calm household with patient and understanding people who will give me the time and space I need to settle in without feeling overwhelmed. I may be a little shy or reserved at first, but with gentle interactions and a little patience, my affectionate side will begin to shine through. Once I’ve spent some time with you and feel more comfortable, I’ll often start to headbutt you as a sweet sign of trust and affection. I’m looking for a home where my boundaries are respected, my confidence can grow naturally, and I’m given plenty of reassurance, love and understanding. With the right environment and a patient family, I know I can build a special and rewarding bond with my new people. 💕🐾
