About Kenai
Meet Kenai, a kelpie girl with the most loving nature who adores everyone she meets – human or canine.
This super affectionate girl is always happiest when hanging out with her humans – whether you’re adventuring, pottering, working or chilling, Kenai is in!
Kenai loves to go on adventures to sniff and explore. She’s an active girl, but has a brilliant off-switch and great inside manners, making her the perfect working-from-home partner.
Kenai has fantastic manners with other dogs – she meets new dogs calmly, plays with the playful ones, and leaves the cranky ones alone. She would love a home with another dog to play with, but could go as a single dog, provided she could be by her human’s side most of the time.
Kenai is an easy housemate – she is toilet and crate trained, is good in the car, and sleeps soundly overnight. She walks nicely on lead, and is good around sheep, but will chase free-range chickens.
She is looking for active humans who will give her plenty of mental and physical stimulation, allow her inside as part of the family, and include her in their daily lives.
Kenai will need secure fencing to keep her safe, especially in the early days until she knows she’s home, as she jumps low fences.
If you think Kenai is your perfect match, send us an application outlining the life you can offer her.
**Kenai is located in TAS..

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
