🎃 Meet Pumpkin! The sweetest little gentleman with a heart of gold. ❤️
Now, don't let the name fool you. Pumpkin isn't particularly round, orange or likely to turn into a carriage at midnight. He's just a lovely little boy who happens to have a rather fabulous name. 😂
Pumpkin is a sweet, gentle soul who prefers to take his time getting to know new people. He's not the type to burst into a room demanding everyone's attention. He likes to quietly assess the situation, make sure you're trustworthy and then decide whether you're worthy of his affection.
But once you've earned his trust? Oh, you're in for a treat! ❤️
Underneath that slightly reserved exterior is an incredibly affectionate little boy who loves nothing more than feeling safe, comfortable and loved. Watching Pumpkin come out of his shell is a beautiful reminder that sometimes the best relationships are the ones that take a little time to build.
And here's a fun little fact...
Pumpkin is actually the brother of Jeffrey, who is also available for adoption! 🐱
Yes, Jeffrey and Pumpkin. We're not entirely sure how one brother ended up with the name of a middle-aged accountant and the other with the name of a seasonal vegetable, but here we are. 😂
Pumpkin is looking for a patient, loving home where he can settle in at his own pace and show his new family just how much love he has to give.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
