About Bowie
Bowie is keen to be with his people and is learning manners including not jumping up and how to settle. Despite his age, Bowie is keen for a walk and is very strong. He hasn't had much recently so needs to build his indoor manners and polite interactions with people. Bowie is uncomfortable around dogs so is looking for a home where he is the only dog to be pampered. He needs someone able to build his independence and ignore demanding behaviours as he learns his manners. He is anxious and would benefit from a calm home with a predictable routine.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
