🐾 Meet Cliffette – A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Forever Home 🧡

Personality: Gentle, affectionate, a little shy, and a whole lot of love!

Cliffette is one of those beautiful souls who quietly steals your heart. When she first arrived in our care, she was quite timid and unsure of the world around her. Almost three weeks later, we’re starting to see the lovely little personality hiding beneath that uncertainty.

If you’ve heard of the 3-3-3 rule for rescue dogs, Cliffette is a wonderful example of why patience matters. As she approaches her third week with us, she’s had time to decompress, is learning our household routines, and is beginning to understand that she’s safe.

And it turns out she’s a bit of a Velcro dog! 🥰

Cliffette loves being close to her people. If you move from one room to another, don’t be surprised to find a little Staffy shadow following close behind. She doesn’t ask for much, just the comfort of knowing you’re nearby.

She’s still learning to be brave. Sudden movements can make her nervous, and her confidence is very much a work in progress. Cliffette needs someone who understands that building trust takes time and who is committed to helping her discover the world through gentle encouragement, patience, and positive experiences.

While she hasn’t had much formal training, she’s naturally gentle and well-mannered. We’re working on the basics, and she’ll benefit from a family willing to continue that journey with her.

Cliffette’s ideal home? 🏡

Somewhere she can feel safe, loved, and included. A home with people who won’t rush her, who will celebrate the little victories, and who understand that confidence is built one positive experience at a time.

Cliffette doesn’t need someone to make her into a different dog. She needs someone to help her become the happy, confident dog we know she’s capable of being.

And if we’re being completely truthful? Her foster carers would absolutely keep this beautiful girl themselves if they could. She’s that special. ❤️
But somewhere out there is a family who will be incredibly lucky to call Cliffette their own.
