About Checkers
Meet Checkers, the friendly feline who's ready to find a new home! This welcoming kitty has a real knack for getting along with other cats and absolutely MUST have a cat friend in his new family. Checkers loves to be surrounded by furry companions, and his affectionate nature makes him a great cuddle buddy for both cats and humans alike.
Curiosity is just another part of Checkers' charm, as he adores exploring every nook and cranny and turns everyday household items into his playground. Whether he's playfully pouncing on his favourite toys or simply lounging around, Checkers never fails to entertain with his antics.
Checkers is versatile and would fit well in a solo owner's home or with a bustling family with kids. He's adaptable and easy-going, making him the purrfect addition to any loving household.

Adoption details
We run by appointment, preferably all members of the household to come meet the animal you are wanting to adopt.
If you own another dog, you must bring them along to make sure all dogs get along.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.
Appointment Hours:
Mon- 1-4pm
Tues- CLOSED
Wed- 1-4pm
Thurs- 1-4pm
Fri- 1-4pm
Sat- 9am-12:30pm - Dogs Only
Sun- CLOSED
