About Fernando
Fernando is a cat who knows exactly who he is — and he fully expects the world to respect that. This gloriously handsome brown tabby wandered into a foster carer’s life one evening in search of food and simply decided to stay. Since then, he has made himself very comfortable living life entirely on his own terms.
With his striking classic tabby markings, crisp white nose, chest and paws, and piercing green eyes, Fernando is undeniably stunning. He is muscular, elegant and wonderfully expressive, carrying himself with the confidence of a cat who knows he’s the most handsome creature in the room.
Fernando is not a cuddly cat, and he makes no apologies for it. He does not enjoy being touched or handled, preferring to admire his humans from a comfortable distance while still very much being part of the household. In return, he offers companionship in his own unique way — supervising the home, sharing space nearby, and providing endless entertainment with his grumpy uncle energy.
Despite his dislike of physical affection, Fernando genuinely enjoys the company of other cats and is closely bonded with his best friend Baron, whom he shares a cat bed with every night. He also takes his role as household supervisor very seriously, keeping the younger cats in line and maintaining order amongst the chaos.
Fernando would thrive in a calm adult-only home with experienced cat people who understand and respect feline boundaries. He is low-maintenance, independent and incredibly rewarding for the right person — someone who appreciates that not every cat shows love through cuddles. If you’re looking for a decorative roommate with attitude, charm and plenty of personality, Fernando may just be your perfect match.
Fernando is a healthy raw/high quality fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #956000018342480, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now!
