About Bennie
*In foster care in Lane Cove North, Sydney*
Meet Bennie, our gorgeous midnight-black fellow who's as sweet and thoughtful as he is handsome!
A gentle boy who enjoys scoping out his surroundings before diving into kittenish adventures, he's smart, elegant and already perfectly mannered with his litter box and eating habits. And if you want to win his heart instantly, just reach for the brush! He absolutely adores being brushed and will melt into your hand, making it the perfect way to bond with this gentle, polite little soul :)
Bennie has grown up in foster care with his siblings Darling and Squishy. Either one or both would be a wonderful companion for Bennie, if you're open to adopting a ready-made feline family!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Bennie is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm great with adults and children, and a home with other friendly pets would be the cherry on top! I can take a little while to adjust to new environments, but once I'm feeling safe and relaxed, my beautiful personality shines through.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Like most kittens I'm all over the shop - racing around one minute, watching from the sidelines (or snoozing) the next. I don't mind brief cuddles with my humans, and I can be coaxed to linger when you brush me!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Excellent! The three children under 8 in my foster home have socialised me well.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Enthusiastic yes for other cats! Dogs are an unknown at this stage, but we can always give it a try?
Medical notes

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
