Frankie is the ultimate combination of bold, affectionate, and proudly independent! 😎 Up high is where he shines—equipped with super-strong paws, he’s always the first to claim the top spot on the cat tree to soak up the sunshine ☀️.
He’s also an absolute acrobat when it comes to chasing his favourite flying feather toys 🪶✈️.
Frankie is definitely a food lover who will be first in line for dinner (and happily double-check everyone else’s bowls to make sure nothing was missed! 🥣😋).
When he wakes up from a nap, he loves making his official rounds to say hi to everyone in the house. Once he knows you, he’ll do an instant drama-flop right at your feet to demand belly rubs, chin scratches, or a gentle squeeze. He also loves squeezing right into the armchair next to his favourite human 🛋️❤️.
While he’s super affectionate, Frankie isn’t clingy—he’s just as happy bird-watching from his tower as he is getting snuggles. He just prefers you approach him gently rather than with sudden movements!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
