About Lulu
πΎπ MEET LULU β PURE PUG PERSONALITY, WIGGLY BUMS & PROFESSIONAL CUDDLE ATTACKS! ππΎ
If your life is missing a little laughter, a lot of love and a four-legged shadow who believes personal space is completely optional, then stop scrolling because Lulu would like a word! πβ€οΈ
This gorgeous 3 years old and 3 months Pug came into care through a private surrender, through no fault of her own. Now she is ready to find her forever family and bring all her love, mischief and wonderfully wiggly Pug energy into their lives.
And trust us, this girl has PLENTY of personality packed into that adorable little body!
π A LITTLE ABOUT LULU β BIG PERSONALITY, EVEN BIGGER HEART!
Lulu is a happy, affectionate, playful girl who absolutely adores her humans. She greets people with the most excited wiggly bum, and if you happen to be standing nearby, prepare yourself because personal space is apparently a completely unnecessary human invention. π
She loves being around her people and wants to be included in whatever is happening. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, pottering around the house or heading out on an adventure, Lulu would very much like to be involved.
Once she's decided you're her person, you can expect plenty of cuddles, enthusiastic greetings and a loyal little shadow who will follow you around making sure you're never lonely.
πΎ READY, SET, FETCH!
Lulu has energy, enthusiasm and a serious appreciation for a good game!
She loves playing fetch, chasing her toys around the house and having a good play with her doggy friends. She can be quite the little pocket rocket when she's excited, but after she's had enough fun and burned off some energy, she's happy to settle down for a cuddle or a nap.
Basically, Lulu's daily schedule looks something like this: play, chase, zoom, cuddle, napβ¦ then get up and do it all over again! π
She's also a fan of car rides and loves accompanying her humans on school pick-ups. Why should everyone else have all the fun?
πΆββοΈ WALKIES? ABSOLUTELY!
Lulu enjoys her walks - For longer adventures, she's perfectly happy to hop into her doggy pram and supervise proceedings from her own little chariot. ππΎ
She's generally pretty good on lead, although she can occasionally tangle her humans up as she explores and stops for a sniff. She's still learning about traffic awareness, so her family will need to keep her close and guide her carefully around roads.
Lulu would love a family who enjoys including her in daily activities while remembering that, as a Pug, she needs exercise suited to her build and breathing, with plenty of opportunities to rest and cool down.
πΆ FRIENDS, FRIENDS AND MORE FRIENDS!
Lulu loves other dogs and is currently living with canine companions. She's been introduced to different breeds and sizes and has been happy with most of the dogs she's met.
She especially enjoys having a playmate for games of chase and a bit of friendly mischief. A home with another dog who enjoys playing and has a similar energy level would be wonderful for her.
π§ LITTLE HUMANS ARE THE BEST!
Lulu absolutely LOVES children and is happy around kids of all ages. She enjoys their company, loves a cuddle and believes giving enthusiastic little kisses is an excellent way to show affection. ππ
She can get excited and may want to cover everyone in Pug kisses, so families should be comfortable with her affectionate style and help children interact with her gently and respectfully.
π± WHAT ABOUT CATS AND OTHER LITTLE CRITTERS?
Lulu hasn't been tested with cats or other small animals
π‘ LIFE AT HOME WITH LULU
Lulu is toilet trained, and while she hasn't been tested with a doggy door, she's a clever girl who would likely pick it up with a little encouragement. Especially if you're standing on the other side calling her! π
At night, Lulu likes sleeping in bed with her humans, or on a dog bed in her humans room, while during the day she's happy on her own bed or stretched out on the couch. Her favourite place is wherever her people happen to be.
β€οΈ A FEW VERY IMPORTANT LULU QUIRKS!
Lulu has a few habits that make her wonderfully, unmistakably Lulu.
She spins around after being picked up, greets people with a wiggly bum, believes cuddles should be available on demand and has absolutely no concept of personal space.
She's also quite the little television enthusiast. Her favourite viewing apparently includes The Dog House and Pup Academy, because even a Pug needs a little entertainment after a busy day of being adorable!
She knows sit and stay. She's very treat motivated, so training is a great opportunity to keep her clever little mind engaged.
π HER FOREVER HOME
Lulu is looking for a loving family who will include her in their everyday life, give her plenty of affection, enjoy her playful personality and understand that a Pug's enthusiasm can sometimes be much bigger than her little legs!
She would thrive with someone home for much of the day or with a suitable canine companion to keep her company. She'd love a family who enjoys walks, games, car rides, couch cuddles and having a funny little character around to make them smile.
Lulu doesn't ask for much. Just love, companionship, a few tasty treats, some toys, a comfy bed and the occasional opportunity to invade your personal space. πβ€οΈ

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
