About Emery
Double the dogs, double the love... and double the reward.
Meet Koen and Emery, a beautifully bonded pair searching for a patient and understanding home where they can continue their journey together. These two have been each other's source of comfort and confidence through life's uncertainties, and they are looking for a family who will embrace them exactly as they are.
Both Koen and Emery can be shy and worried when meeting new people and in unfamiliar environments. They haven't had much experience with the world, so everyday household life is still something they're learning about. Because of this, they'll need a quiet, adult-only home where life moves at a gentle pace and where they can settle in without pressure.
While they may take a little time to warm up, the dogs hidden beneath the fear are truly special. Koen is a goofy, gentle soul who loves tennis balls, squeaky toys, roast chicken, and keeping an eye on his beloved Emery. Emery is a sweet, sensitive girl who adores squeaky toys, tummy rubs, and curling up beside her trusted humans for cuddles. Together, they bring out the very best in each other.
These two thrive on routine, patience, and positive experiences. Their future family should be prepared to let them adjust at their own pace, celebrating the small wins along the way. Watching Koen and Emery grow in confidence, learn new things, and slowly reveal their silly, affectionate personalities is an incredibly rewarding experience.
Koen and Emery are looking for: A quiet, adult-only home An indoor lifestyle with safe retreat spaces No cats, small animals, or other dogs Patient adopters willing to build trust slowly A family committed to keeping them together forever
If you have room in your heart and home for a pair who truly need each other, Koen and Emery are ready to show you just how special a bonded pair can be. ❤️🐾 "The best things in life come in pairs, and these two are no exception." $900 for both of us
