Hi, I’m Latrell!

I’m a gentle 4 month old kitten who can be a little shy and nervous when I meet new people or find myself somewhere unfamiliar. I might need some time to feel safe and secure, but once I start settling into my new home, you’ll slowly get to see my sweet and loving personality come through.

While I can be a little shy at first, you’ll get to see a much more playful side of me once I feel safe. Watching me come out of my shell, discover my surroundings and enjoy myself is one of the best parts of getting to know me.

I’m looking for a patient family who understands that trust takes time. I might not be comfortable with cuddles or being handled straight away, and that’s perfectly okay! I’d like my new family to let me set the pace and enjoy interactions on my terms.

I’d thrive in a calm and quiet home without children under 12, where I can have the peaceful environment I need to feel safe and build my confidence.

With gentle encouragement, patience and consistent interaction, I can learn that I’m safe and loved. I don’t need you to expect me to become affectionate straight away — I just need you to give me the time and space to approach you when I’m ready and let our relationship grow naturally.

If you’re willing to be patient with me and give me the chance to come out of my shell, I’m sure we can build a very special bond together.
