About Turtle
Turtle is a sweet and resilient little Kelpie puppy who is ready to find a loving home to call her own. At just 10 weeks old, Turtle has already overcome quite a bit in her young life and has blossomed into a happy, healthy puppy with a bright future ahead of her.
Turtle arrived at The Lost Dogs Home alongside her siblings after their previous owner made the difficult decision to surrender them, recognising they could not provide the level of care and attention that a litter of growing puppies needs. Sadly, Turtle wasn't in the best condition when she first came into our care, but thanks to the dedication of our veterinary team and animal carers, she quickly received the medical attention, nourishment, and TLC she deserved.
Since arriving at the shelter, Turtle has gone from strength to strength. With plenty of care, patience, and support, she has made a wonderful recovery and is now in perfect health. Her journey didn't stop there, with Turtle also spending valuable time in a foster home alongside her siblings. This experience has helped her continue to develop her confidence, learn about life in a home environment, and enjoy all the comforts that every puppy deserves.
Like many Kelpie crosses, Turtle is an intelligent young pup who will thrive in a home committed to providing ongoing training, socialisation, and enrichment as she grows. She is at a wonderful age where every day brings new discoveries, and her forever home will have the rewarding opportunity to watch her learn, develop, and grow into a loyal lifelong companion.
Turtle has shown just how resilient and adaptable she can be, and now all she needs is a home to give her the love and guidance she deserves. If you're looking for a puppy to share adventures, cuddles, and countless happy memories with, Turtle could be the perfect addition to your home. Come and meet this charming little girl and see if she's the missing piece of your life.
*Turtle is 4.4kgs, with room to grow!*
