Bear

Bear is a sweet 5-month-old kitten looking for a quiet and patient forever home where he can continue to build his confidence and let his personality shine.

Bear is a shy and cautious boy who can feel overwhelmed by new people, loud noises and unfamiliar surroundings. He'll need a calm home with a safe room or quiet space where he can settle in at his own pace.

Since arriving in foster care, Bear has made some wonderful progress. He is walking around more confidently, crouching less, playing more and has become highly motivated by treats. He can still be wary of touch, but when held gently against his foster carer's chest, he relaxes and often purrs.

Bear has also shown an interest in socialising with other cats, so a confident and friendly feline companion may help him continue to grow in confidence.

Bear will need someone gentle, patient and understanding who is happy to celebrate the little milestones along the way. With time, love and reassurance, this beautiful boy has the potential to blossom into a very special companion.
