Michael is a sweet, timid boy who may take a little time to feel comfortable, but once he trusts you, his gentle nature truly shines.
He absolutely adores head scratches and gentle pats. Stay calm and quiet around him, give him the time he needs, and you'll soon discover his favourite trick: pressing his little head up into your hand for more affection. ❤️
Michael is looking for a patient, understanding person who will let him come out of his shell at his own pace. He may not be the first cat to rush over and say hello, but with a little kindness, consistency and plenty of gentle head scratches, he has so much love to give.

Adoption details
Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.
Animal Welfare League Gold Coast's opening hours are:
Tuesday to Friday – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday – Closed
