About Wren
Wren is a sweet 6-month-old Jack Russell cross who can be a little shy at first, but with patience and gentle encouragement, her playful personality soon shines through.
She’s a bright and very active young girl who would love an active home where she can be part of the family.
She is still learning her manners and would benefit from ongoing training to build her confidence and keep her busy.
With People: Best suited to dog-savvy children who understand she may need time to settle in.
With Other Dogs: May suit living with a gentle, considerate dog following a successful introduction.
Health: Desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date with parasite control.
Wren is looking for an active home where she can be involved, keep learning and, of course, be the centre of attention!
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
If you are interested in meeting one of the dogs available on our adoption page, please visit our Adoption Webpage https://www.salisbury.sa.gov.au/services/pets-and-animals/dogs/dogs-available-to-adopt-foster and complete an adoption application or contact City of Salisbury on (08) 8406 8222.
Once your application has been received, we will be in touch to discuss your application and the next steps. This includes organising a meet and greet so you and the dog can get to know one another.
If there are children or other dogs in your household, we ask that a second meet and greet be arranged. This allows for a dog-to-dog introduction and helps ensure your resident dog is also happy with your choice of companion.
Please note that some dogs may require further training and may be too energetic for families with very young children. Our team will guide you through the best options to suit you and your family and help match you with the right dog.
If everything meets your expectations, we will work with you to complete the required paperwork and payment so you can take your newest family member home.
