Meet Hazel

Hazel is a little pocket rocket with plenty of personality! This energetic young lady loves to play, explore and investigate everything around her - and if there's a laser toy involved, even better!

Hazel spent some time in foster care, where it took her about a week to start feeling comfortable and showing more of her personality. She can be quite shy with new people and will often choose to hide when visitors come over, so she'll need a home that is happy to let her settle in at her own pace.

While Hazel isn't currently a fan of being picked up or handled, she does enjoy being near her trusted humans in her own way. In fact, once she's feeling safe, she has even been known to sneak under the blankets and sleep alongside her foster carers!

H azel did find sharing her foster home with other cats a little challenging and would hiss and become uncomfortable around them. Because of this, she may be happiest as the only pet in the home, where she can have all the space, attention and quiet spots to herself.

She's an independent little lady who knows what she likes - playtime, exploring, peaceful rooms, cosy blankets and humans who don't rush her.

Hazel may not be an instant lap kitten, but for someone willing to give her patience, understanding and time to build trust, watching this quirky little girl come out of her shell will be incredibly
