About Samuel
Meet Samuel! Samuel is a sweet, gentle boy who may be a little shy when you first meet him. With calm, respectful interactions and a little time, he quickly becomes more comfortable and will happily seek people out for attention and affection. Samuel responds well to food treats, which can help build trust and create positive experiences. He would benefit from a patient home where he can settle in at his own pace and continue building confidence. Providing environmental enrichment such as food puzzles, interactive toys, sniffing opportunities, comfortable resting spaces and new experiences will help keep Samuel engaged and support his wellbeing.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
