Red is very friendly with people. He enjoys playing with toys and plays nicely - happy to share his toys with you and engage you in his play. Red is very tetchy with his paws - he does not like them being touched under any circumstances and will refuse a shake. Any nail care would need the assistance of a vet.

Red came into care with a large cyst on his back. The cyst was removed and discovered to be an infected follicle that had been there from some time. Our vets ensured it was all taken to avoid any return of the cyst. He is recovering nicely from his surgery with only hair regrowth to happen now.

What Red wants most is a family that will see beyond his size and appreciate the loving, faithful dog underneath. In return, he'll offer endless affection, quiet companionship, and the kind of loyalty that only a rescue dog can give.
