Jerry

A total snuggle bug

Jerry is a calm, friendly boy and a total snuggle bug. He loves people of all ages, from adults to kids, and is gentle and relaxed with all of them. He gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and loves a playful run around the backyard with his small foster siblings.

Inside the home, Jerry has good manners. He settles well overnight, shows no destructive behaviour and is unfazed by household appliances. He is still mastering toilet training with only minor accidents, so he will need regular trips to the backyard to keep building that routine. His calm and quiet nature could even suit apartment living with a consistent toilet schedule.

Jerry only needs a short fifteen minute walk each day. He can be slightly fearful around busy roads, shopping strips and sudden loud noises, but responds beautifully to gentle encouragement and reassurance. He needs help getting into the car and can be a little nervous during travel, though he generally settles once moving.

Jerry prefers company and would thrive in a home where someone is around for most of the day. With a low energy level and a heart full of love, he is the right companion for someone seeking a quiet, affectionate friend who just wants to be near their favourite person.

Jerry is not cat or pocket pet tolerant.
