🐾 Meet Madeline 🐾
Madeline is a lovely, happy mixed breed youngster with plenty of potential.
Coming from a hoarding situation, she hasn’t had much exposure to everyday life. She’ll need patient guidance, gradual introductions to new experiences and a consistent routine to help her build confidence.
Madeline will suit a home that offers clear rules and boundaries, and time for both activity and settling down. With that support, she will have every opportunity to thrive.
She is only a relatively smallish framed pooch - her photos make her look bigger than she really is. She would weigh about 16-18 kg at the moment.
Madeline has also shown reactivity towards small, fluffy dogs in the busy boarding kennel environment but has happily been boarding next to large dogs. We don’t yet know how much the environment contributes to this, so a home without small dogs is the best fit at this stage. Any potential canine companion would need a carefully managed meet-and-greet.
In general Madeline has been a calm and affectionate youngster - who really is still discovering the world—and she’s looking for someone who can help her find her feet.
