About Lip
Meet Lip! He is a shy but curious cat who may need some time, patience and understanding to settle into his new home. A slow introduction, starting in a quiet space with plenty of hiding spots, cosy resting areas and enrichment such as scratching posts, toys and climbing opportunities, will help him build confidence. Once comfortable, Lip can gradually explore more of the home. As a fluffy boy, regular brushing will be important and should be introduced gently. Lip may be able to live with another cat following a slow, safe introduction. Consent-based handling and respecting his boundaries will help him thrive. Come meet this sweet boy, Lip!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
