Riley

Riley is a sweet, shy girl who just needs a little time to show you how lovely she really is.

She can be unsure when she first meets new people, but once Riley has had the chance to settle in and get to know you, her affectionate side starts to shine. When she's feeling safe and comfortable, she'll happily climb onto your lap for some quality time. Being picked up, however, is not really her thing, and she much prefers affection when she gets to choose how it happens.

Riley absolutely loves her food and her toys, and having another confident animal around really helps bring out her brave side. She loves playing with the dogs in her foster home and would benefit from sharing her new home with a friendly, confident cat or dog who can help show her the ropes.

Because Riley can be a little shy, she's looking for a quieter home with adults or older children who can give her the time and space she needs to settle in at her own pace.

Give Riley a little patience, a few good snacks and someone furry to play with, and you'll get to watch this gentle girl grow into the confident, affectionate companion we know she can be. 💕
