Malibu is a sassy princess - she'll tell you exactly what she wants and where her boundaries are with a nudge or swipe at times. Giving her space is the best way to deal with her demanding princess cues. Malibu is not harness or collar trained but have tried this but she just has not don well with this. Malibu's energy level is like a bull in a china shop specifically between the night hours witch is when she is the most active.

Meet Malibu, a sassy princess who's both independent and incredibly affectionate on her own terms. While we can't be certain, she does have Bombay features - you can see these especially in her face. This could explain her unique princess behaviour as she knows exactly what she wants and has no qualms about letting you know with a gentle nudge or an occasional playful swipe. While she's happy with her own company, Malibu loves to follow you around, especially to the restroom, eager for those special moments of pats and cuddles. She enjoys nap time in quiet, dark spaces and delights in tearing up cardboard boxes and paper bags.

Malibu thrives in a calm environment, and a patient family is key to helping her adjust smoothly to her new surroundings. She's particularly suited to a single-cat household or could be adopted with her daughter, Toro, ensuring companionship that she’s familiar with. While Malibu generally prefers to be the only pet, with ample patience and a soft introduction, she has the potential to acclimate to other felines.

Despite having a bit of extra sass for unfamiliar pets, Malibu's adaptable spirit shines through, showing her ability to coexist over time. Although she hasn't had experiences with dogs, a similarly-sized, calm dog may eventually become a friend. Given her preference for a mellow atmosphere, a household with children over the age of 12 or cat-savvy children would be ideal.

In search of a home filled with love and understanding, Malibu would be well-suited to a retired couple with plenty of time for companionship. Her ideal space would include a cat tower, some cozy cubbies, and her favourite paper bags. She enjoys not just a varied diet of most food brands (gravy-based being her favourite), but also the safety and comfort of routine.
