About Kittykat
Owner assisted adoption
Kittykat | A quiet companion with a soft spot for her person
Not every cat wants to be the welcoming committee. Kittykat prefers to leave meeting visitors to you while she finds a cosy hiding spot!
This beautiful three-year-old, semi-longhaired tabby has a gentle companionship to offer someone who enjoys a quieter life. Once she knows and trusts you, she happily accepts pats and grooming. Big cuddles are still a work in progress, but affection on her terms is very much on the menu.
Kittykat enjoys snoozing in a tucked-away spot during the day and doesn’t demand constant entertainment. A piece of string, however, can tempt her into a little supervised play. Her current owner can pick her up, and she is well behaved at the vet.
She would suit a quiet home with an adult or couple who will give her time to settle, places to retreat and the freedom to approach when she feels comfortable. Her experience with children and other pets is unknown.
Her new home will need to provide an indoor lifestyle, with any outdoor access through a secure cat enclosure. A gradual transition will help her adjust to this new routine.
Kittykat is desexed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
Owner-assisted adoption: Kittykat is staying in her loving owner’s home while SAFE helps her find a suitable adopter. Her owner is reluctantly seeking a new home due to health circumstances and can share valuable insight into her personality and routines.
If you have a quiet corner of your home and room for a gentle companion, please submit an adoption application. We can arrange a meet and greet so you can get to know Kittykat.
