Meet Patrice, a beautiful 3-year-old Mini Poodle who is a sweet and gentle little girl looking for a loving family to call her own. ❤️

Patrice is a little shy and wary, especially when she first meets new people or finds herself in unfamiliar surroundings. She will need a family who understands that she may take a little time to feel safe and comfortable in her new home.

Once she settles in, Patrice is a loving, calm and laid-back girl. She has a gentle nature and enjoys a peaceful environment where she can take things at her own pace.

One of Patrice’s lovely qualities is that she doesn’t bark, making her a quiet and easy-going little companion.

Patrice will need regular brushing at home and professional grooming every 4–5 weeks to keep her beautiful coat healthy and well maintained.

She is currently enjoying a nutritious routine of Royal Canin kibbles for breakfast, raw chicken necks for lunch, and a healthy home-cooked meal for dinner. 🥰

Patrice is looking for a patient family who will give her the time, love and reassurance she needs to build confidence. With patience and understanding, this sweet girl will have the opportunity to blossom into a wonderful and devoted companion.

Most of all, Patrice deserves a home where she can feel safe, loved and cherished as a member of the family. 🐾💕

4. Do you currently have any other animals living with you?
If so, please provide details about each animal, including their species, age, breed and personality, and how they generally interact with other animals.

5. Do you have previous experience with
Patrice’s breed? If not, have you done thorough research into the breed, including its temperament, exercise needs, grooming, training and potential health requirements?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training, socialisation, exercise and ongoing care? Are you willing to give
Patrice the time, patience and support she needs to settle into her new home?

7. How many hours will
Patrice be left alone on a typical day? Who will be responsible for caring for her during your working hours, absences, holidays or other periods when you are unable to be with her?

8. Are you financially and practically prepared to provide
Patrice with quality veterinary care, preventative healthcare, grooming and nutritious food throughout her lifetime?

9. Will Patrice be considered a member of your family and primarily live indoors, with appropriate access to a secure backyard/outdoor area? Please describe where Patrice will sleep and how she will be accommodated overnight.

10. If your circumstances change in the future and you are no longer able to care for Patrice, do you agree to contact PFPRI and seek our assistance before making any arrangements to surrender, rehome her?
