Zylo

Zylo is as handsome as they come, with long legs, a luscious coat and the kind of eyes that will melt your heart. But it's not just his good looks that make him special - Zylo is a gentle, well-mannered and affectionate big boy who is looking for a calm and understanding home where he can truly relax and flourish.

Zylo will thrive with a family who has previous Shepherd experience and understands the importance of providing structure, consistency and positive training. A gentle daily walk, some mental stimulation and ongoing training will help keep his body and mind happy while building his confidence and strengthening his bond with his new family.

The shelter environment can be very busy and noisy, and Zylo isn't feeling particularly confident around the other dogs here. He isn't reactive - he's simply unsure and would benefit from having the time and space to build his confidence at his own pace. For this reason, we feel a home where Zylo is the only resident dog would suit him best initially.

Zylo hasn't been tested with cats during his time with us, so we can't say for certain how he would respond. With a careful, slow and supervised introduction, he may be comfortable sharing his home with a cat.

With the right family, a calm environment and plenty of patience, Zylo has all the makings of a wonderful and devoted companion.
