About Danny, the greyhounds
If you are interested in Danny, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form: https://forms.gle/4YdfUixpmWdJ4StT9
Meet Danny, a confident, happy and playful greyhound with beautiful almond eyes and an enormous amount of love to give. He’s affectionate, enthusiastic and wonderfully silly, while also knowing how to switch off and relax.
Danny is an adaptable boy who could happily live in an apartment or house, as a solo hound or with other dogs. He currently lives with two greyhounds and a tiny Pomeranian. He is comfortable being left at home, sleeps downstairs by himself overnight and is toilet trained.
Pet life seems to come naturally to Danny. He has breezed through nail trims, teeth brushing and even a shower at the local dog wash. He loves his walks and can be enthusiastic when first setting off, but soon settles and walks nicely. He’s very food motivated, making continued training a breeze. As food is particularly exciting for Danny, he’ll appreciate his own space around meals and special treats.
Danny loves toys, car rides, watching the world through the window and trying to climb into your lap as though he’s a tiny dog. Being a big, enthusiastic boy who doesn’t always realise his size, dog-confident children aged 12+ would suit him best.
Danny could be a wonderful first greyhound or an equally lovely addition for experienced hound people. If you’re looking for a best friend who will shower you with kisses, make you laugh and worship the ground you walk on, Danny is ready to share his love and loyalty. Just be prepared for him to think your dinner should be part of the deal! ❤️
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
