🌙 The Nighttime Werewolf
Meg is a devoted indoor princess — especially once the sun goes down. If left outside at night, her inner werewolf emerges and she'll serenade the neighbourhood with her howls. She much prefers a warm bed (ideally at the end of your kid's bed, where she's an absolute dream).
🧸 The Teddy Thief
Meg is VERY toy obsessed and considers every stuffed animal in your home fair game. Be warned: she's a master teddy thief. But whatever you do — do not take a toy off her — or her inner teenager comes out and she gets cranky! Respect the collection and you'll live in harmony.
🐺 The "Protector"
She's not a barker — unless someone's walking by the fence at night, which she'll calmly report. Zero drama with fencing either, though she does like to poke her head out the bottom to keep an eye on you. FOMO is real, folks.

· Will steal your attention for hugs and pats — and will cuddle your hand or lay on your lap or chest whether you want her to or not
· Won't jump into the car — you must pick her up and carry her out (she knows how to get up on things; she simply prefers to be carried down)
· A lady even at mealtimes — turns her nose up at dry biscuits in favour of human food
💛 The Bottom Line
Meg is gentle, loving, house-proud, and ready to be the centre of someone's world. Vet work is complete. All she needs now is a family — and a sturdy toy basket.

Adoption details
All dogs are vet checked, desexed, microchipped, C3 vaccinated, wormed, heartworm and flea/tick treated.
ADFC house our dogs with volunteer foster carers in private homes.
They are given basic training and experience life in family situations with dogs, cats, children and various other domestic animals.
We then have an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dog may suit your family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial - $50 deposit. If the dog doesn't fit with your family, they are returned to us and deposit refunded.
