Betty Boo

🐾 Meet Betty-Boo

Betty-Boo is our little low-key lady with a BIG love of food. This girl is a serious food hog and would happily eat the pantry out if given the opportunity! 😂

She’s a very observant little pup who likes to sit back, watch what’s going on and figure things out before deciding to join in. She’s getting along beautifully with her furry foster family and is dog friendly, cat friendly and chicken friendly, learning lots about how to behave from her older foster siblings.

Training Betty can be quite entertaining. She’s much more interested in gobbling the treat than doing whatever was supposed to earn it! But with patience and consistency, she eventually gives in and shows us that yes, she absolutely did understand what we were asking all along. 😏

When all the important eating, playing and observing is finished, Betty-Boo turns into a little cuddle bug. She loves a good snuggle, will happily try to cover your face in kisses when she’s tired, and definitely prefers being close to her humans.

She’s currently learning that it’s okay to spend some time in her playpen without a person right beside her. At bedtime, though, she’s doing wonderfully. Once she’s toileted for the night, she happily settles into her crate and sleeps.

Mornings are taken at Betty-Boo pace: a big stretch, a slow start and absolutely no unnecessary rushing into the day. 💕

Betty-Boo is a sweet, thoughtful little girl with a huge appetite, an affectionate nature and just the right amount of stubbornness. She’ll make a gorgeous little companion for someone willing to continue her training and give her all the cuddles she believes she deserves. 🐶❤️
