🐾 Meet Bodhi 🐾
This handsome young man is an all-round amazing GSD puppy with plenty of personality, a big heart and just the right amount of sass!
Bodhi is doing incredibly well in his foster home and is proving to be a very clever boy. He lets foster mum know when he needs to toilet during the night, heads outside, does what he needs to do and is then happy to return to his crate and settle back down. There might be a little huff, puff and protest first, but he settles quickly — especially after his bedtime cuddle, belly rub and ear tickle.
He understands “no” incredibly well too. Of course, he may respond with a dramatic sulk and a salty look, but he accepts it and moves on.
Bodhi loves everyone, but like many GSDs, he does have a favourite person. Once you've been chosen, congratulations — you've just acquired yourself a devoted Velcro best friend! ❤️ Where you go, Bodhi goes.
He's also quite the conversationalist and is very vocal when meals are being prepared. We suspect there may be some strong opinions — possibly even a few choice words directed at foster mum about the speed of dinner service!
Bodhi is happy to match his energy to his environment. He loves playing with the big dogs in his foster home but is equally happy chilling by himself. He's also living with cats and is enjoying interacting with them.
He's an independent boy who doesn't need to be carried around or cuddled constantly. Bodhi likes having his own space and is quite happy stretching out on the cool tiles when he's ready for some downtime.

We always recommend ongoing training for puppies to help them grow into the very best versions of themselves.

That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
