About Mavi SUK015752
Meet Mavi, an absolute sweetheart with a huge personality and plenty of love to give! This gorgeous girl is a true people-lover who seems to think everyone she meets is a potential new best friend. Friendly, affectionate and wonderfully easy-going, Mavi is always ready to soak up some attention — and when the pats are particularly good, don’t be surprised if she starts to drool with happiness!
Mavi has a playful and inquisitive side and loves exploring, investigating and finding out what everyone is up to. She enjoys her playtime just as much as her cuddle time and would love a home where she can be part of everyday family life, with plenty of toys, enrichment and human company to keep her entertained.
Having never been outdoors, Mavi is looking for a strictly indoor-only home. As a Devon Rex, keeping her safely indoors will also help protect her and ensure this special little lady stays happy, healthy and secure.
If you’re looking for an affectionate, playful and delightfully quirky companion who will happily shower you with love — and perhaps a little drool — Mavi could be the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
