💙 Handsome, clever, cuddly and looking for a best mate!

Hi! I’m Dusty, and I’m a handsome little boy with a big personality and an even bigger love of cuddles.

I’m a very clever, friendly and playful pup, but my favourite thing in the world is having company. I’m a social little guy and I don’t really enjoy being on my own, so my perfect home would ideally have another friendly dog for me to hang out with.

🐶 I LOVE OTHER DOGS

Having another dog around gives me confidence and helps me settle. I love playing, snoozing and just knowing I have a friend nearby.

I’m also learning about crate time. I’m more than happy to curl up in my crate for a nap if I have a doggy friend nearby. At this stage, I’m not a pup who would cope well with being regularly left completely alone for long periods.

👧 I’M FANTASTIC WITH CHILDREN

I absolutely love people and have been fantastic with children in foster care. I’m affectionate, playful and love being included in family life.

🐱 WHAT ABOUT CATS?

I’m currently living around cats and I’m slowly figuring them out!

Sometimes I bark at them because, if I’m being completely truthful, they’re a little bit scary. 😅

I don’t chase them or try to hurt them — I’m just unsure and still learning that they’re nothing to worry about. With sensible introductions, supervision and a little patience, I’m continuing to improve.

🏡 MY DREAM HOME

I’m looking for a home where I can be a genuine part of the family. I’d love:

👧 Children to love and play with
🧠 People who will continue my training and keep my clever brain busy
🐱 A cat home could be considered with patient, sensible introductions
❤️ Plenty of cuddles, affection and company

I’m still a young dog, so my new family needs to be committed to continuing my training and helping me grow into the wonderful adult dog I’m already showing everyone I can become.

Like all GVPAR dogs, I’m being raised in a real foster home. My carers are getting to know who I really am — how I behave in the house, around people and other animals, and what I need to thrive.
