About Calypso
Calypso has been an absolute angel from the moment she came into care. She is so friendly, and loves coming for a pat. She loves to be scooped up for a cuddle. She's a bit of an attention hog really!
She is generally to be found where the people are. She loves hanging out with her people, playing and snoozing if they're too busy to play with her. She would make a great work from home buddy.
You will never forget to feed her. She will come and find you and tell you loudly if her dinner is late.
Calypso was handed into a vet with her three kittens. She's been a wonderful mum, and now that her kittens are heading off to their forever homes, it's time for her to find her forever home too.
She would really suit any home. She's pretty easygoing. An ideal kitty friend in every way!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
