About Narla
Nala is around 13 kg of Shar Pei-cross cuteness.
Her ears and her agility point to genetic input from a terrier. ( Mini foxy? Tenterfield?) She would love to be your best friend and companion.
She is a sensitive soul who spends her time equally being active or relaxing. She loves to play with (and disembowel) soft toys, both for amusement and as a self soothing tactic. Don’t worry, your shoes are safe!
Nala will be best suited to being an only dog in a calm home, as she may not share the attention very well. Cats might be okay.
So far she has coped well with being left alone for extended periods, but, in the long term, may need a place where someone is home for part of the day occasionally.
Nala absolutely loves being out in the garden and keeps herself busy minding the front gate and also exploring down the back. She will try to entice you out to be out there with her! Equally she can be trusted to be left in the house if necessary.
At night she retires whenever you do, sleeps through the night and is in no hurry to get up in the morning.
She is a minimal hair shedder and carries little to no odour.
Nala has learned some good manners around the house and with patience and appropriate practice and equipment can walk nicely on a lead.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
