About Nacho
Nacho can be a little bit shy with new people but once he loves you, he will basically use you as a cat tree. With the people he knows and trusts he will climb all over them and sleep on their lap.
He likes to hang out where the people are. He'd be a great little work from home buddy. He will keep your lap warm while you work.
He used to be scared by things like the vacuum cleaner, but he's getting better with that now. We really think he'll be fine in any home once he's been given time to settle in. He warms up pretty quickly!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
