New Kid came into care as an unsocialised stray and has blossomed into a wonderfully quirky boy with some very unusual ideas about friendship!

He absolutely LOVES dogs and must go to a home with a friendly dog companion. Given the chance, he’ll even attempt to nurse from female dogs — clearly, nobody has explained to him that he’s a cat! 😂

His feelings about other cats are a little less predictable. He can get along with calm, confident cats, but being the only cat in the household may suit him best.

Still a young boy, New Kid is playful, exuberant and loves his toys. He can be shy around new people and may always need time to feel comfortable, but once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll happily demand affection and cuddles.
