About Bandit
Meet Bandit! a happy-go-lucky 4-year-old Heeler with a friendly personality and plenty of love to give. He’s a big fan of soft toys, and there’s nothing he enjoys more than a good scratch or lots of pats from his people.
Bandit would love a moderately active home where he can enjoy companionship, playtime and plenty of affection. He’d be happiest as the only animal in the home and would suit a family without young children. An owner who has familiarity with Cattle Dog’s is a bonus (but not a must).
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion with plenty of personality, Bandit could be your boy!
Medical notes
-Recent (partial) tail amputation due to chronic trauma to the tail resulting in unviable tissue. While the wound has healed well, ongoing monitoring is advised to ensure no further damage to the tail due to self trauma.
-Diagnosed with MPLs (medial patella luxation) in both hind legs, a condition where the kneecap (patella) is displaced out of its normal position within the groove of the thigh bone. This condition can vary in severity- at the moment Bandit has been graded 1/4.
