About Yumi
Hello, I’m Yummi. I’m a cream-colored, medium-sized rabbit who is 3 years old. People tell me I carry a calm, steady presence, and I tend to settle into new spaces with patience. I’m not a fan of being rushed; I prefer to take things as they come and find a quiet place to observe before I settle in. There’s something gentle about me that invites a soft, reassuring rhythm into a home. If you’re seeking a companion who brings quiet warmth and steady companionship, I may be the one you’re hoping to meet. I’m a rabbit who is generally well adapted, which means I’m comfortable in familiar settings and generally easy to settle in with a calm routine. I benefit from a home that is patient and gives me space to adjust at my own pace. My most important need is secure outdoor access—an enclosed backyard or an enclosure attached to the home—so I can enjoy time outside while staying safely contained. I’m looking for a home that can provide a consistent day-to-day rhythm and a person who understands that I’m happiest when I feel safe. Being cream-colored and of medium size, I fit well in many different living arrangements, from apartment-friendly spaces to houses with a secure yard. I don’t demand anything flashy—just a stable home environment and someone who respects my pace. Because I’m a rabbit, I’ll thrive with a routine that allows me to observe and gently explore from a sheltered spot, and I’ll appreciate a quiet presence nearby. If you have a yard with an enclosed area, or a dedicated enclosure that connects to the home, I’d feel confident stepping outside to enjoy those moments of daylight and air. If you can offer me the safe outdoor access I need and a patient, welcoming home, I’d love to meet you. Come to RSPCA NSW to say hello in person, or start an application to adopt. I’m ready to begin a new chapter with someone who understands the pace of a thoughtful, cream-colored rabbit named Yummi.
