** Tabo is currently urgent in an animal shelter. The shelter have reached out to us as a NSW Approved Designated Rehoming Organisation as he is getting no adoption interest directly. Goodwill Rescue Ltd is trying to find a suitable home to be able to place a save **

💙 MEET TABO — THE GENTLE GIANT WHO JUST NEEDS SOMEONE TO CHOOSE HIM FOR GOOD 💙

The absolutely gorgeous Tabo turns 2 in November and is believed to be a Mastiff mix — possibly with a little Greyhound thrown in… but your guess is probably as good as ours! 😍

What we do know is that Tabo is an absolute dream to care for.

He is up to date with his vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatments and has been given a clear bill of health by the vet.

Sadly, despite being such a beautiful boy, Tabo has already found himself back at the shelter twice — through absolutely no fault of his own.

Tabo was originally adopted from the shelter as a puppy and lived in a home with another dog. When the relationship of his owners broke down, both dogs were returned.

He was then adopted for a second time by a young woman who visited him several times before taking him home. Unfortunately, it later became clear that she had never actually been permitted to keep a dog at her grandparents’ property and, combined with her own health issues, Tabo was returned once again.

💔 Two homes. Two returns. Neither because Tabo did anything wrong.

And through it all, he remains the same beautiful, loving boy.

Tabo is easy to care for, affectionate and a genuinely lovely dog to have around. We honestly believe the biggest thing working against him is simply his size.

Yes, he is a big boy — but that just means there is more of him to love. ❤️

Behind that impressive Mastiff-sized exterior is a young dog who deserves what every dog deserves: stability, commitment and a family who won’t give up on him when life changes.

At not even two years old, Tabo has his whole life ahead of him.

We would absolutely love his third home to be his forever home.
