🤍 PEARL NEEDS A FOSTER HOME 🤍
At just one year old, Pearl is very much a typical young bully — energetic, boisterous, curious and full of enthusiasm 💕 She is still learning the training, structure and boundaries she needs to help her channel all that energy appropriately.
Pearl is toilet trained and has previously lived inside. Like many young Bull Terriers, she can be creative and enthusiastic in her environment 🤭, so she will benefit from guidance, supervision and plenty of appropriate engagement.
Pearl is also an accomplished jumper, so secure, appropriate fencing is essential.
What Pearl really needs now is someone prepared to start from the beginning and show her how to be the brilliant dog we know she can become.
Pearl is looking for:
🐾 A Victorian based foster or foster to adopt home
🐾 An experienced Bull Terrier or strong-breed home
🐾 Someone committed to training, boundaries and consistency
🐾 Plenty of appropriate exercise and mental stimulation
🐾 Secure fencing
🐾 A home willing to work on impulse control and manners
🐾 Ongoing socialisation and positive experiences
🐾 No cats or small animals
🐾 VBTR may consider placing Pearl with a resident dog, provided the dogs are well matched and the resident dog can cope with Pearl’s enthusiastic play
Pearl is only one year old and has so much potential. With structure, patience and someone willing to put the work in, she can continue learning and developing into a wonderful companion.
Pearl needs a foster carer who can give her the chance to learn what life as a loved, included and well-guided family dog is supposed to look like. 🤍

Adoption details
VBTR places all dogs in a foster care agreement, before moving forward on adoptions. All foster applications received will be assessed and those that meet the needs of the dog will have house & suitability checks. From there, approved applicants will have the opportunity to foster with a view to adopt. Most go onto be ‘foster fails’ and adopt these beautiful bullies. VBTR work tirelessly to ensure successful foster to adopt placements for the benefit of both dogs and humans alike! Bully Buddies are assigned to every dog support this process.
