Dexter

Dexter is a nervous boy with a gentle heart who is looking for a calm and patient family who understands that the best kind of love takes time to grow.

Since coming into our care, Dexter has already begun to make some wonderful progress. He has started accepting treats from us and will even tolerate gentle pats while he enjoys them. We've also seen him becoming more curious about his surroundings, taking those important little steps towards feeling safe and confident.

Every bit of progress is a reminder that Dexter has the potential to become a wonderful companion. He may need some time to settle and build trust, but with patience, kindness and plenty of reassurance, we believe his sweet personality will continue to shine.

Dexter is looking for someone who will celebrate the small victories and give him the time he needs to blossom. For the right family, watching this lovely boy learn to trust could be incredibly rewarding.
