About Mindy
Meet Mindy! This beautiful 3-month-old girl is a gentle little soul, complete with the sweetest black love heart on her nose. She can be quiet and a little shy when she first meets you, but give her some time to feel safe and earn her trust and you'll discover a very affectionate little kitten underneath. Once she's comfortable, she loves a snuggle and is loves curling up in bed with her human at night. She's playful without being boisterous, with toy mice being favourite, and she really enjoys having company around her. She is an indoor only and would suit a home where she can be included as part of the family. She's been fostered in a busy animal household with three adult cats and another kitten, so she's very comfortable around other cats. She also is good with cat friendly dogs, being raised with a large dog. Mindy is the kind of kitten who may hang back and watch for a little while before deciding you're trustworthy — but once she does, she'll happily settle in beside you and make herself at home. Quiet, gentle, affectionate and social, she'd be a lovely match for someone willing to give her that little bit of time to settle in and let her sweet personality come out. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
