Diesel is currently living with a loving family who, due to a change in circumstances, are sadly no longer able to keep him. They want the very best for him and are helping find him a wonderful new home to start the next chapter of his life 💙

Diesel is a real character with a lovely balance of energy and calm. He gets excited and bouncy at walk time — jumping around and "talking" the moment he sees the shoes come out 😜 — but once he's had his walk he's happy to switch off and spend the rest of the day lounging in the sun. Not bad for a 9 year old, he's still full of beans! He loves his people and enjoys being close by 🥰

He's a strong walker on the lead, so he'd suit a confident adult handler.

Diesel is friendly with new people and generally enjoys the company of other dogs, though like many dogs he has his own preferences — sometimes keen to play, sometimes happy to do his own thing. A meet and greet with any resident pets would help find the perfect match.

He would suit a home with older children or adults who understand dog body language and can be respectful of his space.
