🧡 Meet Satay — part cat, part velcro, part chaos

Satay is one of those cats you meet once and immediately remember.
He is ridiculously affectionate and has absolutely no intention of hiding it. The moment he hears you coming, he’ll start calling out for you like he’s been waiting all day for this exact moment. Then, once you appear, the full Satay performance begins.

He’ll rub his face on your legs. Your feet. The wall. The furniture. Probably the nearest object that exists.
And he gets so carried away with his smooching that he’ll sometimes flop, roll and practically somersault his way around the room trying to get closer to you. 😂

Satay doesn’t just like people — he adores them. He loves cuddles, scratches, following you around and being included in whatever is going on. He’s not really a “sit quietly in the corner and observe” kind of guy. If there are humans available, Satay will be working the room collecting pats.

He is also hilariously jealous when his brother Teriyaki gets attention. If Teriyaki is being cuddled, you can almost guarantee Satay will appear and attempt to insert himself into the situation — sometimes by practically lying on top of his brother. Subtlety is not his strong suit. 😅

Satay and Teriyaki are very close and genuinely love each other, but they do not need to be adopted together. Satay would be just as happy in a home where he can soak up plenty of human attention and become someone’s little shadow.

The boys haven’t been formally tested with other cats or dogs, so any introductions would need to be gradual. Satay is such a social, confident little character that with the right match and some patience, he may enjoy another friendly furry companion too.

Satay would absolutely thrive in a home where there’s plenty going on — people to cuddle, toys to chase, things to investigate and, most importantly, lots and lots of love.

If you’re looking for a quiet, independent cat who keeps to himself… Satay probably isn’t your guy.
But if you want a funny, clingy, loving little extrovert who treats every day like a meet-and-greet, he might just be perfect. 🧡🐾
