About Tank
Tank is a handsome young Border Collie x Kelpie, who is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family of his own.
What everyone notices first about Tank is his incredibly sweet nature. He's a gentle, affectionate boy who has settled beautifully into foster care and quickly became part of the family.
Tank is food motivated and has his basic commands, he has proven to be a quick learner. Tank has a lovely off switch, but he's still a young dog and has plenty of energy for fun. He sleeps well in a crate in his foster home, and he will put himself in there in the evening when his batteries are running low.
Tank currently lives with six resident dogs and has integrated seamlessly with them all. He absolutely loves running and playing with other dogs and enjoys a good toy, so he'd thrive in a home with a canine companion who shares his playful energy and enthusiasm.
He's also proven himself to be very respectful around livestock showing no issues with the resident donkeys, and shows no inclination to pester the barn cat.
Tank would be best suited to a home with plenty of space to run and play, or owners committed to providing frequent access to areas where he can really stretch out and enjoy a good run. A playful canine companion would also be a fantastic match for him and help meet his social and exercise needs.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
